The Jennifer Trust for Spinal Muscular Atrophy co-ordinated contact network is comprised of three specialised areas: contact families (CF), contact individuals (CI) and young people's contacts (YPC). These networks provide a valuable link to a team of volunteers, who have had personal experience of SMA and are willing to share, listen, support and inform. Gives access to most up-to-date expertise and experience to those affected by SMA.
