Ingredients
- 2 bags of Findus Wok Classic
- 4 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cubed
- 2 1/2 inch piece root ginger, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. Chilli powder
- 1 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1 tsp. fresh coriander
- juice of 1 Lime
- 300ml double cream
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- Sea Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Fresh coriander to garnish
- Naan bread and rice to serve

- Place the chicken breasts in a large bowel and mix with the ginger, garlic, chilli, salt, pepper, coriander, lime juice and oil. Set aside for minutes to allow the flavours to develop.
- Heat a little oil in a wok or frying pan, and when hot, add the chicken. Cook for minutes until the chicken is browned on all sides, then set aside on a plate.
