Ingredients

  • 2 bags of Findus Wok Classic
  • 4 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cubed
  • 2 1/2 inch piece root ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp. ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp. fresh coriander
  • juice of 1 Lime
  • 300ml double cream
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • Sea Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Fresh coriander to garnish
  • Naan bread and rice to serve
Serves: 4 Preparation: 30 Cook Time: 30 Total Time: 60min whats this
 

Directions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in a large bowel and mix with the ginger, garlic, chilli, salt, pepper, coriander, lime juice and oil. Set aside for minutes to allow the flavours to develop.
  2. Heat a little oil in a wok or frying pan, and when hot, add the chicken. Cook for minutes until the chicken is browned on all sides, then set aside on a plate.
