James Martin's Sweet & Sour Japanese Wok

A stylish dish that you can whip up in minutes
 

Ingredients

  • 1 x bag Findus Wok Chinese
  • 2 tbsp Runny honey
  • 4 tbps Japanese soy sauce
  • 5g Fresh chopped coriander
  • Egg noodles for 2 people.
Preparation: 5 Cook Time: 10 Total Time: 15min whats this
 

Directions

  1. Heat tablespoon of vegetable oil in a hot wok or frying pan. Then stir fry one bag of frozen Chinese Wok vegetables for minutes.
  2. Cook the noodles separately whilst the vegetables are cooking.
  3. Add the honey, coriander and soy sauce to the Wok mix and stir thoroughly to combine all the flavours.
  4. Mix the cooked noodles into the wok and serve.
