A simple supper where the few ingredients combine to create a mouth-watering dish
 

Ingredients

  • 4 lean lamb cutlets
  • 25g (1oz) butter (softened)
  • Lemon zest
  • 5ml (1tsp) chives
  • 2.5ml (1/2tsp) Black peppercorns (crushed)

Directions

  1. Take the lamb cutlets and cook on preheated grill or barbecue for minutes.
  2. Meanwhile make the butter. Mix together the butter, chives and black pepper with the grated zest of a lemon. Place a spoonful of butter over the lamb cutlets and allow to melt slightly before serving.
