A simple supper where the few ingredients combine to create a mouth-watering dish
Ingredients
- 4 lean lamb cutlets
- 25g (1oz) butter (softened)
- Lemon zest
- 5ml (1tsp) chives
- 2.5ml (1/2tsp) Black peppercorns (crushed)

- Take the lamb cutlets and cook on preheated grill or barbecue for minutes.
- Meanwhile make the butter. Mix together the butter, chives and black pepper with the grated zest of a lemon. Place a spoonful of butter over the lamb cutlets and allow to melt slightly before serving.
