- 225ml whipping cream
- 150g sugar
- 225ml yoghurt
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1?2 tsp grated lemon zest

- Whip together the cream and sugar until stiff. Fold in the remaining ingredients and freeze, stirring every hour with a wooden spoon until it becomes too stiff to turn (should take about hours).
