Ingredients

  • 225ml whipping cream
  • 150g sugar
  • 225ml yoghurt
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1?2 tsp grated lemon zest
Serves: 2 Preparation: 10   Total Time: 10min whats this
 

Directions

  1. Whip together the cream and sugar until stiff. Fold in the remaining ingredients and freeze, stirring every hour with a wooden spoon until it becomes too stiff to turn (should take about hours).
