Lesley Waters' fruit kebabs with chocolate sauce

Ingredients

  • A selection of soft fruits
  • Ripe peach, stone removed and cut into large chunks
  • Black and green grapes
  • Pineapple skin removed and cut into large chunks
  • Strawberries hulled
  • Kiwi peeled and cut into thick slices
  • Bamboo skewers
  • 1 bottle of ready made chocolate sauce

Directions

  1. Wash and prepare fruits.
  2. Using a mixture of the fruits simply thread the fruits onto bamboo sticks. Place the fruit kebabs into a plastic lunch box, cover and chill until required.
  3. Just before serving drizzle the fruit kebabs with a little of the cold chocolate sauce, eat at once.
