- A selection of soft fruits
- Ripe peach, stone removed and cut into large chunks
- Black and green grapes
- Pineapple skin removed and cut into large chunks
- Strawberries hulled
- Kiwi peeled and cut into thick slices
- Bamboo skewers
- 1 bottle of ready made chocolate sauce

- Wash and prepare fruits.
- Using a mixture of the fruits simply thread the fruits onto bamboo sticks. Place the fruit kebabs into a plastic lunch box, cover and chill until required.
- Just before serving drizzle the fruit kebabs with a little of the cold chocolate sauce, eat at once.
