Lipstick Jungle Series 2: Lovers' Leaps

Nico is discussing the risks of freezing her eggs unfertilized rather than picking a donor. Victory and Wendy carry a room divider into Wendy's apartment to provide some separation from the living room and working space. Victory is running options by Wendy of how to propose to Joe.

Victory shows Roy a roll of fabric. She has decided how to propose to Joe her way. Nico walks into her office to find a beautiful bouquet of flowers, which she assumes are from Kirby after he calls to thank her for the Victory job. After an awkward pause, realizing they aren't from him, she cuts the conversation short.

At home, Maddie finds a print out of possible flights for Shane which make her think he's still considering the tour. Back at Bonfire, Griffin meets with Nico to discuss the final three candidates for the digital position. Then, Griffin owns up to sending the flowers.

Wendy confronts Shane about the printed flight information Maddie found. Wendy tells Shane they can discuss it further in marriage counseling scheduled for later that day. In the interviews, Griffin hired one candidate on the spot. Nico thought Griffins approach to hiring on the spot was a bit hasty, but forgave him with a kiss in the elevator.

Victory pays Joe's closet a visit to search for one of his suits. Ellen tells Victory that Joe is in China on business trying to distract from something. Victory tells her she is going to propose to Joe and needs him to come to her place for dinner Friday night because it's the one year anniversary of their 1st date. But, Joe interrupts... clearly not in China, to Victory's surprise.

In therapy, Wendy tries to run the session, telling the therapist what to ask. In the session, Shane tells Wendy he has agreed to play one set with Natasha Beddingfield in NYC, but it didn't mean he was going on the tour.

Wendy sits with Nico as she wakes up from her egg retrieval procedure. A little out of it, Nico talks about the three men in her life -- Charles, Griffin and Kirby. Later that night, they all support Shane as Natasha performs. After Shane is done performing, she suggests the whole family go on tour with him. But, Shane shoots that idea down and tells her he's not going on the tour.

Natasha invites Shane and Wendy out to another club performance to see Snow Patrol. Wendy heads home, but Shane decides to go with Natasha. When Shane returns home at 5am, he's completely intoxicated, knocks things over and passes out on the couch.
