I love having friends round for a good old natter over a glass of wine and it's great to serve some nibbles. This dip allows me to indulge myself a little and feel healthy too. Kids will love this as well. I came up with the idea of serving this in a preserving jar when I made it t take to a friend's house but it's ideal for serving in the garden too.
 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 box mixed little leaves, rinsed and dried
  • 200g salsa
  • 1/2 box rocket rinsed and dried
  • 200g guacamole
  • 1/2 box lamb's lettuce rinsed and dried
  • 200g greek yoghurt or sour cream
  • 100g grated mozzarella
    Total Time: 5min whats this
 

Directions

  1. Place the mixed leaves in the bottom of a preserving jar or a bowl.
  2. Spoon on the salsa, add the rocket and the guacamole, then sprinkle on the lamb's lettuce.
  3. Spoon on the yoghurt or sour cream, sprinkle with the cheese and serve with Tortillas...and wine!
