Liz McClarnon's Mexican layered dip with tortillas

I love having friends round for a good old natter over a glass of wine and it's great to serve some nibbles. This dip allows me to indulge myself a little and feel healthy too. Kids will love this as well. I came up with the idea of serving this in a preserving jar when I made it t take to a friend's house but it's ideal for serving in the garden too.
Ingredients
- 1/2 box mixed little leaves, rinsed and dried
- 200g salsa
- 1/2 box rocket rinsed and dried
- 200g guacamole
- 1/2 box lamb's lettuce rinsed and dried
- 200g greek yoghurt or sour cream
- 100g grated mozzarella
Directions
More recipes like this
- Place the mixed leaves in the bottom of a preserving jar or a bowl.
- Spoon on the salsa, add the rocket and the guacamole, then sprinkle on the lamb's lettuce.
- Spoon on the yoghurt or sour cream, sprinkle with the cheese and serve with Tortillas...and wine!
