Ingredients

- 7g active dry yeast
- 75ml warm water
- 150ml Warm milk
- 25g sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 50g melted butter
- 250g sifted flour
- High quality vegetable oil
- 4 Total Honey Twinpots
- Ground cinnamon

- Mix the yeast with the warm water until it is dissolved. Mix the sugar and salt with the milk and beat in the egg
- Add the yeast mix to the milk mix and fold in the sifted flour to form thick batter
- Cover with a damp cloth and leave in a warm place for hours or until it rises and form bubbles under the surface
