Ingredients

  • * Preparation also include 1 1/2 hours to prove
  • 7g active dry yeast
  • 75ml warm water
  • 150ml Warm milk
  • 25g sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 50g melted butter
  • 250g sifted flour
  • High quality vegetable oil
  • 4 Total Honey Twinpots
  • Ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Mix the yeast with the warm water until it is dissolved. Mix the sugar and salt with the milk and beat in the egg
  2. Add the yeast mix to the milk mix and fold in the sifted flour to form thick batter
  3. Cover with a damp cloth and leave in a warm place for hours or until it rises and form bubbles under the surface
