Ingredients
- 4 prepared mackerel fillets
- sunflower oil
- sea salt & freshly ground black pepper
- Bois Boudran sauce
- 200ml virgin olive oil
- 1 dessertspoon tomato ketchup
- 1 dessertspoon white wine vinegar
- 2 shakes Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon chopped tarragon
- 1 teaspoon chopped chervil
- 1 teaspoon chopped chives
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped shallots
