Ingredients

  • 4 prepared mackerel fillets
  • sunflower oil
  • sea salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • Bois Boudran sauce
  • 200ml virgin olive oil
  • 1 dessertspoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 dessertspoon white wine vinegar
  • 2 shakes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chervil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chives
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped shallots
Serves: 4       whats this
 

Directions

  1. Mix together the oil, tomato ketchup, white wine vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Add the herbs and shallots and check the seasoning.
