What to do
Use the red clothes and black patent shoes as the basis of the costume.Hand-sew and/or glue the black pompoms to each end of a black pipe cleaner. Twist the pipe cleaner to look like silly antenna. For the wings, measure the size of the child's back, then make them a little bigger. Glue or sew two pieces of red cotton fabric together with a thin layer of quilting so it is stiff. Glue some large black felt dots on it and Velcro to the back of the red sweatshirt.
