- 4 finely chopped shallots
- 1tbs honey
- 1tbs ground Ginger Himalayan Green Tea
- 1/2 pint chicken stock
- 1tbs lemon juice
- 1/8 pint double cream
- 1tbs balsamic vinegar
- 4-5 Chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
