The Japanese chef Nobo Matsuhisa insists that you make his signature martini with Hokusetsu honjozo grade sak
Ingredients
- sake (Hokusetsu honjozo grade)
- vodka
- sliced gari (pickled ginger)
- cucumber, thinly sliced for garnish

- Mix equal parts of sake and vodka with the gari in a shaker filled with ice, shake and pour into cocktail glasses. Garnish with cucumber.
