The Japanese chef Nobo Matsuhisa insists that you make his signature martini with Hokusetsu honjozo grade sak
 

Ingredients

  • sake (Hokusetsu honjozo grade)
  • vodka
  • sliced gari (pickled ginger)
  • cucumber, thinly sliced for garnish
Preparation: 2   Total Time: 2min whats this
 

Directions

  1. Mix equal parts of sake and vodka with the gari in a shaker filled with ice, shake and pour into cocktail glasses. Garnish with cucumber.
