To claim any of the benefits detailed below you will have to fill out a claim form

You can pick up the claim forms at your local JobCentre Plus or at some post offices.

If you get income-based Job Seeker's Allowance or Income Support, remember to tell your JobCentre Plus as soon as your pregnancy has been confirmed by a doctor (they will ask to see proof) and tell them when your baby is born (they will want to see a copy of the birth certificate).
