Ingredients

  • 1 onion choped
  • 1 large red pepper, deseeded and chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1x400g can tomatoes
Serves: 4 Preparation: 50   Total Time: 50min whats this
 

Directions

  1. Fry the onion, red pepper and garlic in the oil in a covered saucepan for - mins, or until the vegetables are tender.
  2. Add the tomatoes and stir, breaking them up a bit with the spoon. Leave to cook gently, uncovered, for - mins, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is thick.
