Ingredients
- 450g (1lb) lean minced lamb
- 45ml (3tbsp) fresh mint (chopped)
- 25g (1oz) Somerset Brie cheese
- 45ml (3tbsp) low-fat natural yoghurt

- In a bowl mix together the lean minced lamb with ml (bsp) fresh mint. Season with pepper and mix well.
- Divide into and shape into burgers. Cook on preheated grill or barbecue for minutes each side. During the last minutes of cooking time top each burger with g (z) Somerset Brie cheese and return to grill to melt.
