This recipe takes its name from the festivals which celebrate the produce from this part of the state.
Ingredients
- 20cm round Brie or Camembert
- 100g California raisins
- 100g pine nut kernels or walnuts
- crackers or bread, to serve

- Cut a very thin layer of rind off the top of the cheese. Place the cheese in an ovenproof serving dish with shallow sides.
- Warm in oven at //gas mark for about - minutes, or until cheese begins to soften.
- Sprinkle with raisins and pine nuts. Serve warm with crackers or bread. Listen to the sounds of delight.
