About to film her first role in a long while - as a fallen Angel in Charlie's Angels 2 - Demi's fitness routine was crucial to sculpt her body into shape for tough roles such as G.I. Jane. When she travelled to movie sets, she was never alone. In tow were no less than her personal trainer, a yoga instructor, a chef and an exercise trailer.

Shedding a whopping 50 pounds for his role as middleweight boxing contender Rubin Carter in The Hurricane, Denzel became addicted to the sport. He trained for no less than one year to get in match shape for the movie and claims that boxing will be part of him for the rest of his life.
