Editors' celebrity spots

Welcome Editors to the unofficial iVillage celebrity spots page. As iVillage Eds we often come into contact with world famous, A-list superstars (and Christopher Biggins) and now we can share our fabulous spots with each other. At the end of each month there will be prizes (probably vitamins from the cupboard) for various categories: The best celebrity spot (i.e. the most famous), the most rubbish celebrity spot and the highest number of celebrity spots.

Please add your own spots to the page, include your name, your celebrity, where you saw them and when – you can include other details like what they were wearing or doing etc, if you feel like it. No cheating please, genuine spots only. Go forth and spot Editors, your country is depending on you.

November celebrity spots

• Richard Hammond, 11.30am, Monday 24th November, spotted by Kate and Clare in the reception of our offices, chatting to the security guards looking little and friendly.
• Konnie Huq, Thursday 13th November, spotted by Roni as Konnie tripped Peggy up by the lift of No. 5 Cavendish Square. No apology followed, we might add.
• Ralf Little spotted by Vino on Thursday 13th November at EAT on Oxford Street. He was meeting a (girl)friend. Lots of canoodling going on. They put me off my lunch.
• Sheila Hancock spotted by Vino on Thursday 13th November on Oxford Street.
• David Mitchell (Peep Show spot number two) spotted by Pramila on Wednesday 12th November at the corner of Bayley Street coming into Tottenham Court Road. He was wearing glasses and looked slimmer than he appears on TV.
• Bryan Adams seen at a Prince's Trust charity fundraiser by me (Alex) and my friend Nicola. He was very friendly and invited the lovely ladies up on stage to dance with him. We ran to Bryan's side and after mesmerising him with some killer dance moves my husband took this rather blurred photo of us. Where's the paparazzi when you need them?
• Matt King AKA Super Hans of Peep Show fame spotted by Spuzza in The Old Dairy Pub in Stroud Green. He sat down at our table and was very chatty but declined an offer of going to my friends house to watch the midnight X Factor re-run. Apparently he had already seen it.
• Justin Lee Collins seen by Dee near Soho Square, looking just like he does on TV, smiling and waving as he approached someone he knew
• Dermot O'Leary, spotted by Claire and Dee walking past GAY in skinny jeans and an ill-advised cardigan

• Christopher Biggins (take three) sporting a hat and talking animatedly on the phone outside Sainsbury's on Tottenham Court Road on Monday November 3rd

• Christopher Biggins (take two), spotted by Roni and Peggy at the Spectacle Wearer of the Year Awards looking jolly as ever at the Waldorf Hilton, Tues 21st October
• Siân Lloyd, also at Specsavers awards, beaming her signature Welsh smile at Peggy after bumping into her
• Actor Alun Armstrong, spotted by Kate at B&Q in Wandsworth on Friday 17th October
• Christopher Biggins, spotted by Kate and Vino on Oxford Street on Monday 13th October
• Celebrity chef, James Martin, spotted by Vino leaving St. Martin's Hotel in Covent Garden. He looked very grumpy and unapproachable. Maybe he was just in a rush.
• Paul Merton. spotted by Gav going into the shop that used to be Virgin Megastore (Oxford Street). Much bigger than I expected him to be...
• Cate Blanchett spotted by Alex walking through Neal's Yard in Covent Garden. I wouldn't have noticed her, but for her very pale, amazing skin. She was gorgeous, but much smaller than she looks on the big screen.
• Johnny Borrell out of Razorlight and Trevor (out of Trevor and Simon) spotted by Roni at the Groucho club on October 3rd. Swing your pantstastic!
