Early 2007 has seen a flurry of celebrity births with Mel B, Marcia Cross, Kerry Katona, Paula Radcliffe and Tori Spelling all having babies. But who else is expecting this year?

Emma Bunton - due in July

Emma has a little 'Bunton in the oven'. The former Spice Girl announced her first pregnancy with Jade Jones, her partner of eight years, after coming third in Strictly Coming Dancing at the end 2006. This is good news for Emma, who has suffered from endometriosis in the past, which can make it difficult to conceive.

Bunton's newborn will join the long line of Spice offspring. Scary has just had her second child, Angel Iris; Ginger now has a little girl, Bluebell Madonna; and Posh has three boys, Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz.

Bunton said: 'I guess I will be handing over the 'Baby' tag now to a deserving little new owner.'

Jordan - due in July

jordan and peter andre Pregnancy number three has been a bit of a rocky road so far for Katie Price, aka Jordan. The glamour model suffered a miscarriage last July, and during this pregnancy, hubbie Peter Andre was taken into hospital with suspected viral meningitis.

But things are back to being as crazy as ever for the showbiz couple. It is reported that Jordan has forced Peter to wear a pregnancy suit so he can experience what it is like to carry the extra weight!

Jordan already has two boys, Harvey, from her relationship with Dwight Yorke and Andre's son, Junior.

She said: 'I was relieved but shocked because I thought "I've just got over the miscarriage". When we heard the heartbeat it was like "Ahhh, that's good, it's there and everything is fine.'"

Salma Hayek - due this summer

Salma Hayek might be looking to pin down a husband in hit series Ugly Betty, but she has already met her match in real life. The actress and executive producer of the show announced her pregnancy and engagement to Francois-Henri Pinault almost simultaneously.

The billionaire is CEO of PPR, who run fashion labels Gucci and Yves St Laurent. She is expecting their first child later in the year at the age of 40.

America Ferrera, who plays Betty, is happy for her co-star, and said: 'She is a force to be reckoned with, and she's working harder now than she was before she was pregnant.

'There is no stopping her. You kind of have to hold her still and say, "calm down and sit down for a second" but she's happy and I'm happy for her, and I think she deserves everything in the world!'

Charlotte Church - due in October

The singer turned TV chat show host and rugby star boyfriend Gavin Henson have traded in the party circuit for blissful parenthood. Church gave her pregnancy secret away earlier in the year when she was off the booze at her 21st birthday party. They announced the pregnancy early to avoid press speculation.

Will there be church bells? Rumour has it that Charlotte and Gavin won't be getting married until she is back to her pre-pregnancy shape.

A source said: 'The women in Charlotte's family have a history of ballooning during pregnancy, so Charlotte will wait until she's back in shape after the baby is born before walking down the aisle.'

Myleene Klass - due in October

It's no longer 'hearsay'. Musician and I'm a Celebrity Get Me Of Here runner-up, Myleene, is expecting her first child. She has postponed her wedding to fiance Graham Quinn until after the birth.

'Graham and I are ecstatically happy. We've always wanted a family and I'm truly delighted. I know Graham will be a fantastic father,' she said.

Myleene has been having cravings for biscuits and chips and says she is expecting a huge baby. She added: 'Graham was a big baby, so it's obviously getting its size from him. People can't believe I am showing so soon. We've had a history of small babies in our family but this one's huge already.'

Milla Jovovich - due this autumn

The Ukrainian model turned actress is expecting her first baby with film director Paul Anderson. They have had an on-off relationship since meeting on the set of Resident Evil. Milla rose to fame in the hit film Fifth Element, where she met her former husband Luc Besson.

Jade Goody - due in 2008

jade goody The Big Brother housemate never stays out of the press for long. This time she is back with the news that she is expecting with her 19-year-old toy boy and companion in the Celebrity Big Brother house, Jack Tweed.

Goody already has two children - Freddy and Bobby - with her ex husband, TV presenter Jeff Brazier.

She told The Sun: 'I'm thrilled. Jack's over the moon too but it's come as a bit of a shock. We're still telling friends and family.'
