Barlow bitches over Robbie rehab
Just when you thought Take That and Robbie Williams had kissed and made up, Gary Barlow has decided to take a swipe at his former bandmate.
Take That's resurgence was emphatically announced with a live performance at The Brit Awards earlier this year but Barlow has suggested Robbie's decision to announce he was going into rehab was cynically designed to upstage them.
Barlow told The Mirror: 'If I was doing rehab, you'd never know. I'd be embarrassed. But a press release giving all the reasons why. What a coincidence!'
Myleene Klass has confirmed that she is epxecting her first child with fiance Graham Quinn.
The former Hear'Say singer and reality TV star, 28, said: 'Graham and I are ecstatically happy. We've always wanted a family of our own.
'I am truly delighted and know Graham will make a fantastic father.'
The pair have been together since Irishman Graham was a bodyguard for Hear'Say in 2001 and he proposed during a trip to Rome last year.
They had been planning to tie the knot in November but have put it on hold until after the baby is born.
Britney's woes don't wash with Avril
Avril Lavigne has given a rather harsh assessment of Britney Spears' recent problems, and insists she has no sympathy for her pop rival.
Spears recently completed a stint in rehab before finalising a divorce settlement with Kevin Federline. Before having treatment, fears were raised over her mental state when she was seen publicly shaving her head.
Lavigne is quoted by The Sun as saying: 'What's happened to Britney is all down to who she is as a person. If you want a piece of this business you have to be able to deal with it.
'You can't complain about the pressures, the paparazzi, the madness because that's the job.'
Madonna is reportedly being lined up to star alongside Ricky Gervais in the last ever episode of Extras.
Gervais is writing a one-off special to conclude the series and talks with the BBC and HBO to get Madonna on board are said to be near completion.
Madonna and Gervais are thought to contact each other every week via email having vowed to work together after meeting at Live8 in 2005.
