Craig Phillips

Back in 2000, when watching a group of random people do very little for 24 hours a day was considered a radical concept, cheeky chappy Craig became the first winner of Big Brother.

Displaying a degree of compassion that wouldn't be tolerated nowadays, he famously pledged his entire winnings to paying for life-saving treatment for a family friend.

Craig, a builder by trade, went on to present various DIY shows on BBC and ITV and is currently appearing in 60-minute makeover on ITV1.
