Oriental Noodle Salad

This quick and easy noodle salad tastes good on its own or as an accompaniment for grilled fish or meat.
Ingredients
- 2 blocks Sharwood's Fine Egg Noodles
- 2 Tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 Tbsp freshly squeeze lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- 100g bean sprouts
- 1 mild red chill - deseed and cut into fine shreds
- 2 spring onions - cut into fine shreds
