Paneer is a soft cheese, traditionally used in South Indian and Middle Eastern cooking. The combination of creamy paneer and crisp peppers, in a spicy tikka masala sauce, makes a quick and easy to prepare vegetarian curryIngredients
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 225g paneer - cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 Small green pepper - diced
- 1 Small red pepper - diced
- 240g tikka masala Sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander - chopped

- Fry the paneer in the oil, on a low heat until golden brown, remove and drain.
- Add the peppers and stir-fry until just beginning to soften.
- Add the sauce and paneer and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped coriander and serve immediately.
