Paneer is a soft cheese, traditionally used in South Indian and Middle Eastern cooking. The combination of creamy paneer and crisp peppers, in a spicy tikka masala sauce, makes a quick and easy to prepare vegetarian curry
 

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 225g paneer - cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 Small green pepper - diced
  • 1 Small red pepper - diced
  • 240g tikka masala Sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander - chopped

Directions

  1. Fry the paneer in the oil, on a low heat until golden brown, remove and drain.
  2. Add the peppers and stir-fry until just beginning to soften.
  3. Add the sauce and paneer and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the chopped coriander and serve immediately.
