Disney Playhouse Live

If your child has made best friends with Mickey Mouse, Winnie the Pooh or Handy Manny from Playhouse Disney through watching the spellbinding TV channel, imagine her excitement at being able to meet these very special characters face to face!
Now, Playhouse Disney is going live with a 12-city UK theatre tour, so you'll be able to make that particular dream come true and give your child a lasting magical memory.
The show, which features characters from four of the more popular Playhouse Disney shows, is a musical extravaganza that kicks off with the Playhouse Disney Postess delivering party invitations to all of Mickey's pals from the four featured shows, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Little Einsteins, My Friends Tigger & Pooh and Handy Manny. The audience is captivated as the pals set off to find music, starting in the Hundred Acre Wood and Sheetrock Hills, and continuing their adventure worldwide!
Interactive fun
Your child will love joining in with the interactive show, singing and playing along with the whole gang. She can 'pat, pat, pat' to get trusty Rocket fired up with Leo, Annie, Quincy and June from Little Einsteins; sing and dance - maybe even on stage - to the 'Hot Dog' song and enjoy the chance to meet Handy Manny, Tigger, Pooh and their new friend Darby, Mickey, Minnie and Goofy as well as lots of other favourite characters.
Aimed at pre-schoolers, Disney Playhouse Live! appeals to children and parents alike and will be a memorable event in your child's life. There's a wealth of educational fun as the audience is taken on a trip to discover the music of the world, stopping off at China, India, Russia, Egypt, Italy, Japan, Spain and Africa.
Magical mystery
Along the way there's a mystery to solve when Winnie the Pooh discovers the music is missing from the Hundred Acre Wood. The whole adventure is one long sing-along from start to finish, with the audience helping to make music for Mickey's party, using sounds from the forest and all its weird and wonderful creatures as their inspiration.
The party finally comes together at Mickey's Clubhouse, but only once the audience has helped him to gain entry by chanting the magic words 'Meeska Mooska Mickey Mouse'. Your child will be proud that she has contributed to the success of the party, and will really feel a part of it all. It's a wonderful experience that's set to become a treasured memory.
'It's incredibly exciting for us to be bringing this popular stage show to the children in the UK,' says Regional Marketing Director Steven Armstrong. 'I know the kids here are going to love seeing their favourite characters live.'
