Babies on the move can have fun as they travel, with a little help from the new Lamaze On the Go Baby range from Flair Leisure Products

What the manufacturer says
Perfect for keeping babies stimulated and entertained while on the move, the On the Go Baby range is packed with features to help toddlers learn and develop new skills, while at the same time easing the stress of travelling for parents. Designed to encourage the natural growth milestones of babies from birth and upwards, the On the Go Baby range is part of the Lamaze Infant Development System, created by America's leading natural childbirth and early parenting organisation.

The new Lamaze Back Seat Fun Centre is designed for use with rear-facing child seats. It will help to keep even tiny children occupied while you drive. Cheerful monkey, mouse and cat faces make their own noises and sway with the movement of the car, stimulating vision development. A detachable bar means your baby's favourite friends can be taken with you, and are then easily attached to a pushchair or baby carrier with Velcro.

What our testers say
This was a hit with parents and babies. Lamaze products are made mainly from fabric. The designs are in really bright colours with lots of geometric and swirly patterns. Even parents were drawn into looking at the Fun Centre by the colourful detail. On safety grounds, parents liked the idea of a fabric-based, softer toy for use in the car. Another plus was that the Back Seat Fun Centre washed well. Our testers preferred to keep the toy intact in their cars rather than dismantle bits to attach to pushchairs.
