This aromatic dish is great served as a starter or with a cucumber and a spring onion salad or serve with sesame noodles as a main course
 

Ingredients

  • 5tbsp Hoi Sin sauce
  • 1tbsp sesame oil
  • 400g raw tiger prawns, shelled and de-veined
  • 2tbsp vegetable oil
  • 500g bag Findus Wok Chinese Vegetables
  • 2tbsp rice wine
  • 1tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Directions

  1. Mix the Hoi Sin sauce and sesame oil in a small bowl and add the prawns. Cover and marinate whilst cooking the vegetables
  2. Heat half the oil in a wok or a large frying pan and stir fry the wok vegetables for minutes add the rice wine or sherry, soy sauce and garlic and cook for a further minute
  3. Add seasoning to taste
