This aromatic dish is great served as a starter or with a cucumber and a spring onion salad or serve with sesame noodles as a main course
Ingredients
- 5tbsp Hoi Sin sauce
- 1tbsp sesame oil
- 400g raw tiger prawns, shelled and de-veined
- 2tbsp vegetable oil
- 500g bag Findus Wok Chinese Vegetables
- 2tbsp rice wine
- 1tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed

- Mix the Hoi Sin sauce and sesame oil in a small bowl and add the prawns. Cover and marinate whilst cooking the vegetables
- Heat half the oil in a wok or a large frying pan and stir fry the wok vegetables for minutes add the rice wine or sherry, soy sauce and garlic and cook for a further minute
- Add seasoning to taste
