Phil Vickery's Blueberry, Apricot, Cherry and Oat Breakfast

This heart-smart fruity breakfast was created by Phil Vickery, who regularly appears on 'Ready Steady Cook' and 'This Morning.'
Ingredients
- 140g / 5oz oats, made into porridge with no salt, cooled
- 4 x 125g pot of Flora pro.activ strawberry low fat yogurt
- 55g / 2oz semi dried apricots, roughly chopped
- 55g / 2oz semi dried cherries,
- roughly chopped
- 350g / 12oz fresh blueberries
- 60ml / 4 tbsp runny organic honey
- zest and juice 1 fresh lime
Directions

- Place the porridge into a bowl and break up with a spoon or fork. Mix with the yogurt.
- Add the dried fruits and blueberries and
- carefully mix together.
- Next add the honey, lime juice and zest and
- carefully stir together, try and get the 'ripple'effect.
