A fresh and tasty salsa that makes a great starter
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado, small cubes
- 1/2 small onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 small red chilli, de seeded and chopped very finely
- 2 tbsp sherry vinegar
- 2 tsp castor sugar
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, peeled and chopped
- 15 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 4 slices sourdough, toasted or griddled and rubbed with a little fresh garlic
