Potato Gnocchi with Broccoli, Parmesan and Butter

This delicious child-friendly recipe uses bought, loosely packed gnocchi, which takes only 2–3 minutes to cook. A 500g bag will give at least four, and probably six, portions for 4-year-olds
 

Ingredients

  • 500g potato gnocchi
  • 200g broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 30g butter
  • 30g Parmesan (or more, according to taste)
Serves: 4 Preparation: 2 Cook Time: 3 Total Time: 5min whats this
 

Directions

  1. Simply plunge the gnocchi into boiling lightly salted water at the same time as the broccoli florets.
  2. Combine the butter and grated Parmesan in a bowl and add the grained gnocchi and broccoli. Stir gently til the butter and cheese melt. Serve at once.
