At 8 months my baby is due for a second assessment by my GP. What is checked at this time?

answer
As at all of the checks, your baby’s weight, length, and head circumference measurements will be compared with the others noted on his growth chart. He will also have a general examination of the major ‘systems’ once again and his joint movements noted. You will be asked to make any comments about his developments, particularly if you have any concerns.
