My breasts aren't leaking: should I be concerned?
I am seven months pregnant with my first child. I have not noticed any colostrum leaking from my breasts yet. Should I be concerned?
The absence of milk leaking from your breasts does not indicate any problem whatsoever. Starting from about the second trimester of pregnancy, your breasts begin producing colostrum, the first milk for your baby, which is loaded with immunity-boosting nutrients.
Even if you haven't seen it yet, it's there.
Best wishes for a great birth and a healthy, happy baby.
