Miscarriages
I have just discovered that I'm pregnant (positive test twice) but my last two pregnancies ended in miscarriage. What are the chances of me having another miscarriage? I am really worried that this will happen again because I have already had some slight brown discharge.
Unfortunately, it's often difficult to determine just what has happened to cause your previous early losses.
I'm assuming that you haven't had a full-term baby? It may well be that one of the pregnancy hormones is at a lower level than it should be -and the pregnancies have not been able to implant themselves, be nourished and continue to develop.
The good point - and it is good - is that you've been able to get pregnant, as the tests have shown.
Slight brown staining, without pain, can continue for some time. It may be that there is soreness at the neck of womb (cervix), which is causing the bleeding. I hope this is the case.
