Day 3: Sunday 16th December
Day in bed feeling grotty, didn&146;t use tape – no actual sickness.

Day 4: Monday 17th December
Used tape twice, each time I started getting a headache, but it did improve the nausea. No actual sickness.

Day 5: Tuesday 18th December
Used tape through the day and at night in bed. Found it especially useful at night. In the daytime it helped a little, but I still had to do other anti-sickness things as well, and at night it wasn’t enough for me to sleep. No actual sickness.

Day 6: Wednesday 19th December
Used tape whenever I felt sick – day and night. Again it was helpful, but didn’t completely eliminate nausea.

Day 7: Thursday 20th December
Used tape several times – was able to go out without sickness. Used at night, very helpful in getting rid of nausea for long enough to get to sleep.

Day 8: Friday 21st December
Tape broke! Was listening to it in bed before getting up when it started sounding strange – as if the batteries had run down. But have tried it again in mains-operated tape players and tried other tapes in the Walkman and it definitely seems that the tape has stretched. I’m not sure if this is because I’ve used it too much.
