Tina's MorningWell diary

Tina tried the MorningWell tapes to relieve her daily nausea and recorded her findings ‘I think that the tape is great and wish that there had been such a thing with my previous pregnancies.’

I began to feel very sick by late evening at around six weeks pregnant. I started listening to the tape through the stereo headphones and within 15 minutes the sickness had turned into very mild nausea, which was bearable.

The following mid-morning I started to feel nauseous, and started the tape – which again relieved it.

My sickness/nausea seems to have settled into an evening ailment and not morning. I would not say that it makes it go away completely for me but it does make it go from being totally unbearable to me feeling maybe slightly gassy. At that stage I usually suck a mint to help.

I listen to the complete side each time and can do most things while listening, so it does not hinder me in any way. I think that the tape is great and wish that there had been such a thing with my previous pregnancies. I found that the music sounds and feels different when I am sick to when I am well.

I can see that this tape is going to be my lifeline over the next six weeks or more.
