Leaking breasts
Should your breasts leak before your baby is born? Many of my friends whove had children have mentioned that their breasts leaked a lot before delivery. Mine leaked a few months ago, not very much. Now, they only leak if I put pressure on them. Is this normal?
Nikki
Dear Nikki
Some pregnant women find that their breasts leak colostrum, some women find that they can squeeze out colostrum (like you) and some women find that nothing changes at all. All of these situations are completely normal and have nothing to do with your ability to breastfeed when your baby is born. You have absolutely nothing to worry about.
Best Wishes
