Do you worry about creating too much noise around your baby? Do you fret about her or his crying? Most new mums have their fair share of worries in the first few months, just remember that it's ok to feel like this and you are not alone.

Spending time with your new baby is the best way to get to know one another. Communication is a two way street and your baby will be an active partner in this so enjoy your time together, play games, sing songs and you'll soon begin pick up on his or her needs.
