    At your first Meeting you'll:

  • Be welcomed by your Leader and their friendly team.

  • Be given a personal introduction to the Programme and receive your initial Points? diet booklets.

  • Agree with your Leader, in confidence, what your Goal weight should be.

    Our revolutionary Points diet is easy to follow and it works because it allows you to eat the foods you love.

    We allocated a Points value to the vast majority of foods and drinks and we are constantly updating our database to keep up with trends.

    With the help of your Leader, identify your Points target, stick to it, and you lose weight — it's that simple.

  • We've done the hard work for you: you don't have to do any time-consuming measuring or calculations.

  • You can earn extra Points by exercising and save Points up for special occasions or treats. Your weekly Points tracker helps you stay on track.

    Every week at your Meeting you will be weighed confidentially to see how you're getting on. It's always an exciting moment.

  • Weighing in each week helps you keep track of your progress.

  • Members find it a great incentive to stick to their Points.

  • Everyone will be there to celebrate your successes and milestones along the way.

  • Simply find a Meeting time and place that suits you there are more than 6,000 a week held in the UK at more than 3,000 locations with convenient time slots. You don't need to make an appointment, just turn up.

  • At your first Meeting you'll pay an initial registration fee of £9/consessions £7.50 (look out for our special offers on registration). You'll then pay a weekly fee of £4.50/concessions £3.60 when you go to your Meetings.

  • Meetings only take an hour a week and soon become part of your routine. You'll lose weight safely and easily while still enjoying the foods you love. And you'll meet new friends whose stories will inspire you.
