Parents of children under 6 years of age and parents with disabled children under 18 will now have the legal right to ask their employer to consider flexible ways of working. It might be working one day from home, job sharing, even coming in later or going home earlier. Everyone benefits. Employers get a happier, more loyal and more motivated workforce. And parents? They get to spend more time with the real boss.
