Astrological oppositions can be tense, but they shouldn't be interpreted as purely negative - especially not on New Year's Eve. Yes, unforeseen delays or difficulties might crop up; don't stress, and be flexible about your New Year's Eve plans - last-minute changes are pretty much inevitable. When you think about it, this awareness of time is completely appropriate today.
