Our Cook of the Month for January is Fran Warde, author of eat drink live (Ryland Peters and Small), a fabulous new cookbook with a refreshingly simple and celebratory take on food and cooking. Frans experience is vast shes worked as a professional chef all over the world, set up her own cookery school and catering business and worked as Food Editor of Red magazine but her philosophy is simple.
