A healthy, refreshing treat.
Ingredients
- ¼ watermelon
- 60g / 2 ½ oz raspberries
- 40-50g / 1 ½-2 oz icing sugar

- Cut the flesh from the watermelon and remove the seeds. Blend the watermelon and raspberries together.
- Strain through a sieve and stir in the icing sugar to taste. Pour into lolly moulds and freeze.
