Repairing a laminate worktop
No comments
A repair is achieved by disguising the damage. Jointing compounds are usually supplied with a fitted kitchen and are the best option for hiding dents or scratches. Re-attach broken edging as shown
Tools and materials
Contact adhesive, masking tape, pencil or crayon

Apply contact adhesive to both the worktop edge and the broken section of laminate.
Wait for it to become tacky and stick it in place - use masking tape to hold it securely.
Once the adhesive has dried, remove the masking tape and use a pencil or crayon to disguise any white edges along the join.
