This delicious dessert is a great standby you'll probably find you already have most of the ingredients to hand.
Ingredients
- 550g canned English rhubarb in light syrup
- 2 bananas, roughly chopped
- 25g sultanas
- 125g baking margarine or butter
- 6 tbsp orange blossom honey
- 50g demerara sugar
- 225g Scottish porridge oats
- custard, ice cream or cream, to serve

- Preheat the oven to //gas mark Combine the fruits in an ovenproof baking dish.
- Melt the margarine or butter in a saucepan, remove from the heat and stir in the remaining ingredients. Spoon this mixture over the fruit.
- Cook the crumble towards the centre of the oven for minutes. Serve with custard, ice cream or cream.
