- 6 chicory, cut in half lengthways
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 18 fresh sage leaves
- 75g parmesan, finely grated
- freshly ground black pepper

- Preheat the oven to //gas mark Lay the chicory in a gratin dish. Add the olive oil, a few sage leaves, the Parmesan, seasoning, and then tbsp water.
- Cover with foil, bake for minutes, scatter with the rest of the sage and cook uncovered for minutes.
