Ingredients

  • 6 chicory, cut in half lengthways
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 18 fresh sage leaves
  • 75g parmesan, finely grated
  • freshly ground black pepper
Serves: 4 Preparation: 5 Cook Time: 25 Total Time: 30min whats this
 

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to //gas mark Lay the chicory in a gratin dish. Add the olive oil, a few sage leaves, the Parmesan, seasoning, and then tbsp water.
  2. Cover with foil, bake for minutes, scatter with the rest of the sage and cook uncovered for minutes.
