- 2 packs cocktail sausages
- 450g streaky bacon

- Set the sausages in a large roasting tin.
- Remove the rind from the bacon (reserve for cooking the roast potatoes). Halve each rasher and stretch with the back of a knife then roll and thread in threes on to cocktail sticks. Place in the roasting tin.
- Cook the sausages and bacon towards the top of the oven for minutes, until the bacon crisps.
