Use a meaty sausage, such as Debbie & Andrew's Harrogate sausage, to make this recipe
Ingredients
- 4 Debbie and Andrew's Harrogate sausages, each cut into 3
- 1 dessertspoon sunflower oil or groundnut oil
- 1 small to medium onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 150g small new potatoes, quartered
- 85g French beans, trimmed and cut into 3
- 100g drained weight canned chick peas
- 227g can chopped tomatoes
- 125ml vegetable stock
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano or 1 teaspoon dried
- Sea salt and pepper to taste

- Preheat the oven /Gas Mark
- Heat the oil in a non stick frying pan and fry the sausages, onion, garlic and paprika for minutes to slightly brown the sausages. Place into a casserole dish
- Add the potatoes, green beans and chick peas to the casserole dish.
