- 375g rolled out ready-to-use puff pastry
- 230g pork sausagemeat
- 4 tbsp spiced fruit chutney or cranberry sauce

- Preheat the oven to //gas mark Lightly oil a large baking tray.
- Unroll the pastry on to a board, spread with the sausage meat and then spread with the chutney.
- Roll up the pastry from a long side and make sure the seam is well sealed use a little water to stick. Cut in slices then lay them, evenly spaced, on the baking tray. Cook at the top of the oven for minutes until crisp and golden. Serve fresh.
