Seared Tandoori Sea Bass with Mango and Chilli Salsa Salad (Heat Rating: Medium)

Fresh, seriously healthy and perfect for the barbecue. Try using cod as an alternative to sea bass.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Patak's Tandoori Paste
- 4 x 175g fillets of sea bass with skin left on, sliced in half lengthways
- For the Salsa Salad
- ½-2 red chillies (depending on your heat preference and freshness of chillies), deseeded and sliced
- 4 spring onions, chopped
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled, stoned and diced
- 2 mangoes, stoned, peeled and diced
- Juice of 1 lime

- Rub the Patak's Tandoori Paste over the sea bass fillets.
- Griddle or barbeque the fish for mins each side
- Meanwhile, mix all the salsa ingredients together.
- Serve the sea bass with the salsa salad and garnish with rocket.
