The ultimate beauty secret that we're so NOT sharing with our friends is Botox Botox ! We're going wrinkle-free and just pretending that it's all down to a good nights sleep and a decent anti-ageing cream, according to top Cosmetic Doctor Dr Toni Phillips.
She says: 'A lot of my clients don't want to advertise the fact that they've had a little help to look younger and fresher, they don't mention it to their husbands and often deny having Botox to their friends. There's no stigma to having treatments, but in the UK we value natural beauty highly so tend to keep quiet about clinic visits.'
